Support
If something is not working as expected, we want to help quickly and clearly. Start with the checklist
below, then contact us if you still need a hand.
Fast troubleshooting checklist
- Confirm operating system and plugin format compatibility for the product.
- Restart your DAW after installation and run a fresh plugin scan.
- Check input/output gain staging before reporting distortion or low-level issues.
- Test in a new project to rule out session-specific routing problems.
License and account help
- Use Account recovery to resend your purchase access link.
- If download links have expired, recovery is the fastest path.
- Keep your checkout email and order reference for support requests.
Email changes and license transfers
How do I change the email on my purchases?
Contact support@unusable.net and we will help you update your
account email. We may ask a few ownership questions so we can safely match the account, and we are happy
to work with whatever details you still have.
Can I sell or give away my license?
Yes. Contact support and we can help process license transfers in good-faith cases. We will confirm the
details with you directly and guide both sides through the handover.
Performance tips
The plugins use detailed real-time processing and are happiest on reasonably recent CPUs, especially in
dense sessions. Science-native interfaces also run live simulations while their windows are open. They are
beautiful to watch and interact with, but closing plugin windows you are not actively editing can free up
resources for other hungry plugins. Audio processing continues normally.
Contact
Email support@unusable.net with your DAW, operating system,
plugin format, product name, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or a short screen recording
are very helpful.
