Terms of sale and license

Last updated: April 5, 2026

These terms apply to purchases made at unusable.net. By buying and using our software products, you accept these terms.

1. Company information

  • Seller: Unusable Engineering ApS
  • Website: unusable.net
  • Contact: support@unusable.net
  • Address: Kallerupvej 26, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark
  • CVR: 46389891
  • Country: Denmark

2. Products and licenses

Products sold are digital software licenses and downloadable files. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, licenses are perpetual for the purchased version and non-transferable.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude VAT as required by law.
  • Payment is handled by our checkout/payment providers.
  • A purchase is completed when payment is accepted and the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

License files and related download access are delivered digitally after successful payment. Keep your order email for recovery and support.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

We run a flexible, customer-first refund policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us and we will generally approve a refund.

As a default, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, including for digital products, as long as the request appears to be made in good faith.

For digital content, delivery typically starts immediately after purchase. Where required by EU consumer law, checkout should include explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the standard withdrawal right may end once delivery starts.

If delivery fails or the product is materially defective, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

  • No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of license files unless expressly allowed.
  • No reverse engineering or abuse to bypass technical safeguards, except where law permits.
  • No unlawful use of our software or services.

7. Liability

We are liable according to mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by misuse, incompatible systems, or third-party services outside our control.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the updated date.
